Walking is a very effective way of keeping the fitness level that you already have. Depending on your level of fitness you can reach higher goals as well. Consistency is the key.

Every morning in Colbyn West, Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00-6:45am (3-4km’s)

Groups up to 5 people. Pre-Booking required.

Silent Walk group (distressing)
Every lunchtime in Colbyn West, Tuesday & Thursday, 12:00-12:45pm
Including 15min. mobility & stretch
