Group Fitness

We need a clear brain and mindset to be able to be productive throughout the day. Whether it is in the morning, before work or dropping the kids at school, or in your lunchtime. Give yourself a break, refresh body & soul and get active.
Book between the following options:

Walking
Every morning, Monday – Friday, 5:30-6:15am (3.5-4.5km’s)

Groups up to 5 people. Pre-Booking required


Silent Walk
Every lunchtime, Monday – Friday, 12:00-13:00pm
Including 15min. mobility & stretch

Groups up to 5 people. Pre-Booking required


Meditation
Monday and Wednesday night, 8:30-9:15pm
Groups up to 5 people. Pre-booking required


Incentive: Distress, no distraction, being active with body & mind.

Bring a colleague or come as you are. Bring a visor or cap, comfortable & cushioned sneaker as well as breathable sports clothing. We are meeting at the Grove Lane (Baldwin complex) and walk through Equestria. Parking in front of the complex is safe and secured.

Please note: Shower or changing rooms are not available.
